The large dining room has 4x floor-to-ceiling windows that open and let in the most refreshing breeze and the sun pours in the afternoon. The main floor has a powder room equipped with a washer and dryer.

In the basement, you will find a secondary bedroom with a queen bed and an additional queen sofa bed separated by black-out curtains, perfect for a small family. A charming closed baby's bedroom also has a crib and some toys. The space is perfect for one or two couples and 2 children.
